Blue cheese meatloaf
I don’t know if Jamie likes blue cheese or meatloaf, but this recipe has been recommended on a US web site (that’s why weights are given in lbs and ounces). Apparently the outcome is delicious. So why not try it out?
Ingredients
• 1 3/4 lbs ground beef
• 3-4 ounces blue cheese (or more)
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 egg (lightly beaten)
• 1 diced onion (yellow or white)
• 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms
• crumbled bacon (optional)
Directions
Sauté onion and mushrooms in olive oil until translucent.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Shape into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes — (not less).

Yuck, I hate blue cheese! I’m sure if you did like blue cheese this could be quite nice. Can I make it with Red Leicester instead?
