In terms of plant numbers, you’ll need something along the lines of (number of pots/bunches/individual plants):
3 Microsorum pteropus – £6
2-4 Bolbitis heudelotii – £12 (mother plant)
1-2 Vallasneria americana gingantea – £2-4
2 Crinum natans – £5
1 Crinum calimistratum – £17 (maybe swap for C. thaianum – £11?)
1 Aponogeton boevinianus – £3
1 Aponogeton crispus ‘Red’ – £8
1 Echinodorus ‘Ozelot’ – £3
2 Echinodorus ‘Rubin’ – £6
1 Echinodorus quadricostatus – £6
2 Sagittaria subulata – £4
1 Hygrophila pinnatifida – £3
5 Anubias barteria var. barteri – £15
5 Limnobium laevigatum – £5
+ postage where needed are the best prices you’re going to get, I reckon, and you know where to look for those!

I have checked in the local fish store (LFS) today and they have everything I need for the stocking. I just need somewhere to buy the plants now!

That’s a Hyphessobrycon colombianus, not a Malanotaenia praecox M. praecox prefer harder water than the rest of the fish you have as they are from a different part of world while the tetras like similar water to the rest.

Loving the theme. Do you mind me asking how you managed to integrate the Facebook comments? Are you still on WordPress 3.0, as i’m trying to utilise the plugin which seems to crash in WordPress 3.1?

If it’s still there it’s a stall selling things made of rubber, leather and latex. I wish Jamie had not revealed my relationship with the lady. She must be getting on a bit now. Dora has a heart of gold, but people look down on her on account of her profession. I prefer to think of her as a ‘working lady’. That golden hair is all her own.

It would have been great if the weather was a bit nicer! Would have had loads more pics! We plan to go back in the summer though!
